So with all the all-inclusive food & adult beverages on our honeymoon, it felt really good to get up every morning and start our day with a workout. It is something that we both enjoy and it actually helps us relax more the rest of the day!
We got to the resort on Sunday and with all the traveling, we did not work out that day, but we went to the resort gym on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. We got up early on Wednesday to do a beach run with the sunrise. I did the below circuits on Tuesday and Friday, and ran on the treadmill on Monday and Thursday. Don’t mind the hand-written workout, I made it up in the room before we went to the gym!
And just look at this sunrise! Such a gorgeous morning. Getting up to workout also helped with not sleeping the day away so we maximized our time in Mexico!
Today I’m back at it with my normal Monday circuit and tomorrow will be a run day!
