Alright y’all. The wedding is 3 days away and there’s light at the end of the tunnel. Or rain, thanks to Hurricane Matthew. Yet to be determined what happens on Saturday but either way I’m marrying the man of my dreams and it will be amazing. Then we will be off to our honeymoon for a week!
I wanted to leave you with a workout & some of my fave recent finds to tide you over…be back soon to recap everything!!
Full Body Circuit Workout: Do entire circuit 6x through as fast as you can, take water breaks as you need!
- 30 seconds squat jacks
- 15 burpees + 10 mountain climbers + 10 plank jacks
- 30 seconds punches with weights (use a light weight, 2-5 lbs)
- 20 jump squats
- 40 bicycle crunches
- 20 up/down planks
- 30 seconds high knee run
Sweat it out then stretch it out!!
