This week I want to challenge everyone to join me in an abs & booty challenge. What you’ll do is simply add on these additional moves to the end of your workout everyday for some extra abs & booty toning work!
Tighten that pony & join me 🙂
Monday: 10 squats + 20 glute hip bridges + 30 crunches (repeat all x3)
Tuesday: 1 minute plank + 20 leg kickbacks in plank (per side ) + 40 spider planks (repeat all x2)
Wednesday: 20 toe touch crunches + 40 bicycle crunches + 40 leg abductors per leg (repeat all x3)
Thursday: 25 single leg glute hip bridges per leg + 40 supermans + 40 v-sits (repeat x2)
Friday: 20 squat jumps + 20 skaters + 20 windmills per side (repeat x3)
Saturday: 30 standing single leg booty kick backs per side + 20 lower ab leg raises + 40 straight leg bicycles crunches (repeat x3)
Sunday: Go through every move from the week 1 time, 30 reps each!

- supermans
- v-sits
- squat jumps
- skaters
- windmills
- standing single leg booty kickbacks
