Super easy & super delicious…this is my favorite go-to cookie recipe. I am no expert baker so I need it to be as simple as can be. Trust me, anyone can make these cookies 🙂
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 mashed bananas
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- As many dark chocolate chips as your heart desires!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients and spoonful onto a nonstick cookie sheet or use parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown!
