Another week is underway and I am sorely missing the weekend y’all!! Some highlights from the weekend are below 🙂
Friday night takeout chinese & wine…YES PLEASE.
We started watching Bloodline on Netflix on Friday and it’s pretty good so far.
Saturday morning I had coffee and my normal pre-run breakfast of gluten free bread, peanut butter, bananas, and honey.
Then the post workout stretching & foam rolling session was shared on my snapchat (find me on snap…username is bessharrington!). I did a 6 mile run and my legs were sore to start with so I needed The Stick and some foam rolling badly!
Post-run snack because I was starving. A LUNA bar in my favorite flavor white macadamia nut and a smoothie with frozen blueberries, frozen banana, spinach, mango, pineapple, almond milk, and protein powder.
And then a few hours later I had a real lunch…a Suja Juice plus a large salad of avocado, chickpeas, beets, cucumbers, mixed greens, and arugula with apple cider vinaigrette.
Sunday morning breakfast…PB&J banana protein pancakes!
Craig & I went to church and then we grabbed smoothies from Carolina Smoothies to get through running some errands. I got the Acai Power smoothie 🙂
