Hi friends, happy Sunday! It has been a pretty low key, but also productive, weekend around here in Charlotte. I will do my weekend recap tomorrow and share it all 🙂
But for today as usual we have the weekly workout schedule and I am bringing back from workout videos I shot over a year ago! I am thinking about bringing more of these back. It’s just hard to find time to film & edit sometimes with wedding planning and a full time job, etc! But no excuses 🙂 Any requests for workouts?! Let me know in the comments, or email me if you want!
Monday: HIIT + Full Body Circuit
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice! I have been running about 4 miles on my cardio days lately!
Wednesday: Abs Circuit Workout + 30 minute walk!
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice!
Friday: Total Body Toning workout! Plus 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice…walk, run, elliptical, bike, etc.
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio! I like to hike or go on a longer run 🙂
Sunday: Active rest day! Walk, yoga, and/or stretch!
