Happy Sunday everyone!
Below are some workouts for the week, including some from Pinterest that I want to try! Also, I just came across this 30 day Arm Challenge that I’m going to do…who’s in with me?! I have a wedding dress to wear in something like 12 more weeks, so I wanna kick it up a notch! I am going to start tomorrow (Monday) and just add it in at the end of my workouts.
There’s also a booty challenge here if you want to do that as well! I think I may give that a go too and see how it goes 🙂
I got some good feedback last week that y’all like the throw back BBF workouts, so I will add those in here for the ones I still have saved or can find on Pinterest 🙂
Monday: Cardio & Weights Circuit (below) + arms challenge and booty challenge
Tuesday: 30-45 minute cardio of your choice (I like to run) + arms challenge and booty challenge
Wednesday: Toned Tummy circuit + arms challenge and booty challenge
Thursday: 30-45 minute cardio of your choice (I like to run) + arms challenge and booty challenge
Friday: Full Body Circuit Workout + arms challenge and booty challenge
Saturday: 45-60 Minutes cardio + arms challenge and booty challenge
Sunday: rest day- walk, yoga, stretch, foam roll. (+ arms challenge and booty challenge)
