I’ve got some serious throw back workouts for you today…from the old “bessbefit” days! If you read my old blog then you may have seen these already but it’s been a few years 🙂
Monday: Legs & Cardio Circuit
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Wednesday: Upper Body Toner Circuit
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Friday: Cardio & Full Body Circuit
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice
Sunday: Rest day. Walk or stretch!

I loved your old bessbefit workouts (and your new ones :)). I saved links to them but obviously those don’t work anymore! 🙁 Would love to see some more throwbacks.
