This STRONG Tank is seriously my new obsession. It is so soft and I just love that the words on the front depict what I am trying to achieve with every workout. It’s for sure motivating! Also, these shorts are such a cute color, are perfect for running (built in underwear and pockets) and they are only $15. I need to pick up some more colors! This sports bra comes in two colors and it’s on sale for under $11. It is a medium-impact sports bra and I find it very supportive. The sunglasses are my go-to for outdoor workouts. No matter how much I sweat they stay put!

I am at the beach all week so I thought I’d share some quick vacation type workouts that require no equipment and are under 20 minutes! They are all full body but work different muscle groups each time, and have some cardio in there to get that heart rate up and burn calories. I love to workout on vacation and always do it, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to want it to cut into my beach time too much 🙂 I’ll still probably get in 30 minute runs but the circuits have to be quick & breezy (but, not easy!)
