Hi friends! Another week ahead and another week of workouts!! These are some booty kickin’ circuits in this post…they will work every muscle and burn lots of calories by getting that heart rate up! But first, I need to express my current love for open back tank tops. It has been high 90’s this weekend in Charlotte and it’s only early June! My tank and sports bra are from Victoria’s Secret…check out their semi-annual sale going on now but this tank is under $20.

Now for the workouts!!
Monday: Full Body Workout: Complete Circuit 5x through.
- 25 Squats w/ bicep curl to shoulder press
- 10 jump squats + 10 jumping jacks
- 15 Triceps kickback w/ leg kickback (per side)
- 30 woodchops (per side)
- 20 plank rows (per side)
- 30 alternating curtsy lunge w/ lateral shoulder raise in middle
- 30 toe touch abs
- 30 jackknife crunches
- 20 supermans
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Wednesday: Legs & Shoulders Workout: Repeat Each Group 3x through
Group 1:
- 20 plie squats w/ upright row
- 20 RDLs w/ lateral shoulder raise
- 20 squats w/ bicep curl to shoulder press
Group 2:
- 30 alternating back lunge w/ overhead triceps extension
- 15 burpees
- 20 rear flyes
Group 3: Burn it out!
- 40 shoulder taps plank
- 20 split lunge jumps
- 20 star jumps
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Friday: Abs & Booty Circuit: Complete as many times as you can in 20 minutes, taking a 1 minute rest every 5 minutes.
- 30 plank jacks
- 30 booty kickbacks in plank
- 24 spider planks (knee-to-elbow)
- 30 mountain climbers
- 40 bicycle crunches
- 40 glute hip bridges
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice! I love to run but you could hike, take a spin class, walk, etc!
Sunday: Rest Day!

Love the variety in your weekly workouts! I’ve been doing different Beachbody workouts for about a year and was getting some weird pains, probably just from repetitive stress. I followed your schedule last week and it was so nice to mix it up!
