This week’s workout routine is below! Feel free to shoot me any questions you have!
Monday: Legs & Booty: Complete the circuit 4-5x through
- 20 squats + 10 jump squats
- 20 alternating back lunges + 10 split lunge jumps
- 20 side to side lunges + 30 seconds skaters
- 15 burpees
- 20 squats w/ alternating side leg extension
- 20 back leg extensions per side
- 30 glute hip bridges
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice (I run on my cardio days: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)
Wednesday: Abs & Arms: Complete circuit 3-4x.
- 20 biceps curl to shoulder press
- 30 seconds plank + 10 pushups
- 30 seconds forearm plank + 20 up/down planks
- 30 seconds mountain climbers
- 20 rear flys
- 20 rows to triceps kickbacks
- 40 bicycle crunches
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio
Friday: Full Body: Complete Circuit 3x
- 20 Squats to calf raise
- 30 Alternating back lunges with biceps curl
- 10 Mountain climbers + 2 pushups (repeat 8x)
- 20 Plie Squats with Upright Row
- 10 Plank Jacks + 2 knee-to-elbow planks (repeat 8x)
- 20 V-sits w/ overhead weight hold
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio…this is my longer run day
Sunday: rest day!
