How fun are these Nike pants? They make me wanna run real fast…Craig even said the pattern made me look like a blur 🙂 The sports bra is also Nike and my tank is Lululemon. The fun colors are motivating!! New gear always motivates me to workout and these leggings are so stretchy and perfect, it was almost like wearing nothing at all and I think the pattern is also pretty flattering!

Monday: Full Body Workout: 3 sets of each!
- Jumping Jacks: 1 minute
- Pushups: 10-15 reps
- Pendulum lunges: 20/side
- RDL w/ Upright Row: 20 reps
- Row in Lunge: 20/side
- Squat w/ alternating side leg extension: 20 reps
- Hammer curls to Shoulder press: 20 reps
- Up/Down planks: 20 reps
- Plank Jacks: 1 minute
- Bicycle Abs: 40 reps
Tuesday: CARDIO // 30-45 minutes of your choice! I like to run on Tuesdays/Thursdays/Saturdays so that is usually my go-to on the cardio.
Wednesday: Abs & Arms Workout: 5x through
- Overhead Triceps Extensions 20 reps
- 21’s
- Alternating Rear fly and dumbbell row 20 reps
- Forearm Plank 1 minute
- Pushup w/ rotation 12/side
- Arnold Press 20 reps
- Crunches 40 reps
- Oblique crunches 20/side
Thursday: CARDIO // 30-45 minutes of your choice
Friday: Booty, Abs, & Cardio: Complete Circuit 4x through
- Squats 20 reps
- Back leg kickbacks 20/side
- Jump squats 15 reps
- Curtsy Lunge 12/side
- V-sits 40 reps
- Toe Touch crunches 20
- X-ups 20
- Squat Jacks 15 reps
- Skaters 1 minute
Saturday: 45-60 minutes of Cardio! These are usually my days for a longer run or a long hike!
Sunday: Rest day or easy walk 🙂
