Another week, another weekly workout routine! I feel like that saying “fail to plan, plan to fail” is so true especially when it comes to keeping up with healthy habits like working out and eating right. I recommend having an agenda or journal where you can write down your weekly plan and track everything there!
Monday: FULL BODY WORKOUT | repeat circuit 5-6x
- Burpee + Squat w/ Curl to Press 10x
- 10 Mountain Climbers + 4 Pushups 5x
- Squats w/ Alternating Leg Raise w/ Lateral Shoulder Raises 10x/side
- Single Leg Booty Kickback w/ Triceps Kickback 10x/side
- Bicycle Abs 40x
Tuesday: CARDIO | 30-45 minutes your choice! Running is usually my choice 🙂
Wednesday: ABS & ARMS | repeat circuit 5x
- 10 Jumping Jacks + 10 Plank Jacks 5x
- Biceps Curl to V-Press in Chair Pose 12-15x
- Single Arm Row to Triceps Kickback in Lunge Position 20x/side
- Spider Planks 40x (20x/side)

Did you know that you get search the Blue Apron Cookbook website and get their recipes for free? That’s what I did when I was in search of a salmon recipe a few weeks ago. I thought the BBQ-Spiced Salmon & Roasted Sweet Potato Rounds with Arugula, Apple & Walnut Salad sounded absolutely delicious so I got my grocery list together and made this recipe.
It ended up being super easy and I even had leftovers for lunch that I turned into salmon salad.
