Here are some workouts for the week ahead!
MONDAY: Legs & Booty Circuit (repeat 5x) + walk
- 20 squats w/ alternating side leg lifts
- 12 (per leg) single leg back lunges with front kick
- 15 jump squats
- 20 plie squats
- 15 Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs)
TUESDAY: 3-4 mile run or walk
WEDNESDAY: Arms & Abs Circuit (repeat 5x) + walk
- 10 Inchworm pushups
- 10 Triceps pushups
- 40 Spider planks (20 per side)
- 20 Up/down planks
- 40 Bicycle crunches
- 20 Lower leg lifts
THURSDAY: 3-4 mile run or walk
FRIDAY: Full Body + Cardio Circuit (repeat 4x)
- 12 Burpees
- 20 Squats with biceps curl to shoulder presses
- 40 Mountain climbers
- 20 Upright rows to triceps extensions
- 15 Squat jacks
- 1 minute kettlebell swings
- 20 crunches
- 20 (per side) oblique crunches
SATURDAY: 4-6 mile run or walk (or combo!)
SUNDAY: Rest Day! Or go for a nice walk 🙂
Also, I try to eat a big salad at least once a day so usually either lunch or dinner. One of my favorite combos is romaine lettuce with grilled chicken, avocado, diced tomatoes, chopped asparagus, & black beans! I like it with balsamic vinaigrette on top and maybe a little drizzle of olive oil! Give it a try! What are some of your favorite salad combos??
