Are you one of those people that eats the exact same thing everyday or do you have to change it up?? I think I’m somewhere in the middle but I more so lean towards eating the same things everyday.
Here are some of my eats lately 🙂
Protein pancake topped with PB&J Greek yogurt and oatmeal topped with blueberries Smoothie made with strawberries, banana, brown rice protein powder, almond milk, and ice Broccoli salad and kale salad mix with cranberries and chicken Wine 🙂
And the last few meals were dinners from my weekend at my parents’ house. I think food just tastes better when your mom makes it 😉
Other go-to snacks include apples, luna bars, bananas, cheerios (I eat them dry like a toddler, yup), and any fruit. Currently LOVING mango!
