Hey there! I’m currently posted up on my couch totally exhausted from the day, but probably mostly from the treadmill workout I did today. I’m not a huge fan of the TM because I prefer to be outside, but it was raining today and I felt like a little incline treadmill action. I threw in some HIIT sprints because the treadmill is pretty much the only time I can make myself do sprints. You turn up the speed then it’s either sprint or get thrown off. I generally choose sprint 😉
Here’s the workout below! After the HIIT portion I jogged and walked a bit more to cool down.
