Hey there! Happy Hump Dayyyy! Today I have a workout for you that I do at least 1-2x per week. You may think (with it being hump day and all) that this might be a booty workout, but nope, it’s an abs workout! But hey, a cardio and abs workout is always okay in my book.
Here’s what you need: Your body, a mat, some water, and a kick-ass attitude
Here’s what you do:
ROUND 1: Set a timer for 6 minutes. Do the circuit (below) for 6 minutes as many times through as you can until the timer goes off.
ROUND 2: Set a timer for 5 minutes. Do the circuit for 5 minutes as many times through as you can until the timer goes off.
ROUND 3: Set a timer for 4 minutes. Do the circuit for 4 minutes as many times through as you can until the timer goes off.
This equals 15 minutes. If this is your only workout of the day, I challenge you to REPEAT each round one more time through. But, if you are pairing this with a run, class, or other exercise, one time through will be a perfect add on to burn out those abs. Don’t forget to stretch it out after!
