Short on time but wanna get in a good abs workout, plus some cardio to get that heart rate up? Here’s a go-to of some of my fave moves put together into a circuit. Do 2, 3, 4 (or as many as you want) times through! But one is 10 minutes and if you do it right, once should be enough!
PS- I got a Bosu Ball for my birthday from my parents and I am so excited. I’ve wanted one forever because its definitely one of my favorite piece of equipment. So get ready for some BOSU BALL workouts comin’ on here soon!
