Can you get a good workout in only 4 minutes? I mean…can you get sweaty and work muscles in that amount of time? Sure you can, especially if you give it 100%. But, if you’re already sweaty, why not do this circuit through a couple more times? It’s fun, I promise 🙂
The only thing that you need dumbbells for would be the row to rear fly move, but you could substitute that with narrow and wide pushups if you don’t have any equipment.
