What workouts do you find that you enjoy the most? For me, what I feel like doing really depends on the day, but I always aim to not make myself do something that I don’t feel like doing. This is not always do-able, because there will always be those days when you need your mental toughness and willpower to kick in to get your rear in gear. But generally, I see what kind of mood I’m in and what workout my body feels like doing that day. I want to enjoy it and I want it to be fun.
My definition of that, like I said, can change on a daily basis. But today’s looked like this:
- 45 minutes incline walk on the treadmill, varying speeds & inclines
- This abs circuit: 25 bicycles, 25 toe touches, 25 spider planks, 25 side arm planks w/ hip drop, 25 x-ups, 25 mountain climbers, repeat 3x.
Plus a nice stretch at the end. Abs will be so sore after that!
