As soon as I wrote that title it made me think of doing training here in person for my Charlotte girls! (or guys?) That’s not what I meant by the title of this post…but I’m not opposed to it. In fact I kind of love that idea! Any one interested? 😉
Okay anyways, I actually just meant for today’s purposes that you could do the same workout that I’m doing today if you are in need of some inspiration for your next workout. I went out on a 4 mile run and then did this abs circuit below, which is a little preview of something coming soon! I’ll give a hint…yes this is a picture from a new training program that is going to be SO awesome. I am pumped.
You do all three sets of that circuit and your obliques will be screaming the next day (and probably the day after that), but in a good way I promise. Those are the muscles that tighten up that waistline so they are some of my favorites to work. Give it a try!
