Before we get to the food, let’s go over the exercise. Today’s workout after work was a 4.1 mile run and it felt so good. Legs and lungs were feelin’ good.
Those leaves! I meannnnn. November is killin’ it.

I seriously only eat these in November and December. It feels weird other times of the year! They really make me want to have a peppermint mocha from Starbucks. That must happen soon.
Besides the occasional time when I try Blue Apron meals (review of that coming soon), I generally like very simple and easy meals (that are still healthy) for dinner. Here are some go-to’s that I’ve already had this week:
Ground Beef Burgers topped with Guacamole (and a glass of red)
I would usually have sides with it but let’s just say a bag of tortilla chips went to heaven prior to this picture being taken.
Quinoa, brown rice, mixed vegetables and eggs:
And…when in doubt…oatmeal never fails for any meal in my opinion!
