Y’all. I did this workout last week and it left me sore in all the right places for a few days, not to mention an awesome heart-pumping session that took less than 30 minutes! You know those are shorter workouts are my jam. On the occasion if feels good to push yourself through a longer workout (I find I need those mentally every now and then more so than physically) but from a practical and time saving perspective, the efficient workouts are where it’s at 😉
