Oh hello! All week I have been so thrown off about what day it is. I swear it has felt like Thursday since Monday. But now it actually is Thursday, which means this afternoon I am en route to Florida for one of my bestie’s weddings!! So excited.
While it may sometimes be a challenge to workout on vacation for whatever reason, I think we can all find 6 minutes to get that heart rate up a little bit, am I right? And if you have more than 6 minutes, just double it or quadruple it or do it however many times that feels good to you!
