If you’re like me, you probably have no problems treating yourself to some indulgences, especially on a special occasion, and even more especially on Halloween! And while I think the saying is true that you can’t out work a bad diet, I think so long as it’s more of the exception rather than the rule, that’s it’s fine. You deserve to treat yourself 🙂
So, needless to say, I had PLENTY of energy to burn off the next day!!
Here’s the HIIT workout that I started with, and once I got going I realized I was feeling good and wanted to keep going, so I did. There is a part I and part II and III to this workout from when I added on extra! Feel free to do whatever you like or feel up to…but all three parts together equal a one-hour workout. If you do them separately, Part I is 30 minutes, Part II is 20 minutes, and Part III is 10 minutes. Mix & Match however you want 🙂
Part I was a workout I snagged from a SHAPE Magazine back in January. I keep workouts I like on hand to do when I am not sure what I feel like doing.
PART I: Complete each move 1 minute, 5x through for a 30 minute workout.
Then if you’d like to keep going…Part II is 20 minutes and Part III is 10 minutes.
