I am tired today. I have stayed up too late the past two nights…Sunday night I stayed up to watch the Panthers’ VICTORY and then last night I get to get a certain someone from the airport at midnight as he got back from his Yellowstone fly fishing trip!
So, both nights were worth staying up much past my bedtime but I am FEELING it. So I barely had energy to get in a workout but I knew I’d feel lousy if I didn’t do anything. That’s where this workout below is handy!
Maybe you aren’t tired but some days you just don’t have the time to get in a long workout, or maybe as long of one as you would ideally want. The good news is, this workout will have you dripping in sweat in 15 minutes. The trick is that you have to push it though!! When a workout is only 15 minutes, you have to work as hard as you are able to. Take some rests to catch your breath and have some water as you need it, but then keep going. You can do it 🙂
