This workout is great on it’s own…either take it with you to the gym or do it in your living room with no shoes on. Whatever floats your boat. It’s also great paired with a run or another cardio routine 🙂 Or as an addition to the workout program! (FYI it’s on sale!)
Enjoy not being able to sit on the toliet for a few days after this! 😉
