Ingredients
- 5 C Gluten Free Flour
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 1/2 cup almond mlk
- 1 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 8 Tbsp butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- Chocolate chips!!!
Instructions
Combine wet and dry ingredients separately and then stir all together. Do not over-mix. Fold in all the chocolate chips your heart desires. Cook on the griddle on medium heat until the pancakes bubble on top, then flip over.
Serve with bacon & eggs at any time of day 🙂 Like here…this was my dinner one night last week.
