Here we have another fun circuit workout, guaranteed to have you sweaty and burning calories in less than 30 minutes…but this one is formatted a little differently.
Do the entire workout 3-4x through, varying the moves and the times you do those moves in a pyramid-like way. I like changing it up 🙂 It makes the workout go by even faster.
To me, circuit workouts pretty much need to include either jump squats or skaters.
