The only piece of equipment you need for this workout is your body!! A stopwatch and some water will help too.
Do this circuit 3 times through, for 6 minutes of work each time. Get through the circuit as many times as you can in 6 minutes. Take a rest for 2 minutes (more if you need) and then do it again. You will do it a total of 3 times for a total work time of 18 minutes.
