Get a great cardio and abs workout with this routine below! You can change the amount of times you repeat each set based on your fitness level or how intense you want the workout to be. So it can be as long or as short as you’d want!
Also, you can push yourself harder or ease up some during the workout based on if you want to go all out, intense bursts during the work periods or if you need to dial it back if you need to take a breather. Listen to your body 🙂 Be sure to finish up with some stretching and REHYDRATING!!
