I’ll be honest, I’m starting this post ENTIRELY over again after I already wrote the whole thing and my internet went out briefly and didn’t save any of it. Poof, gone. That sucks. Now I feel like being less wordy than I just was because now I don’t have a lot of time to type it!
The BF and I went to Durham to visit my fam on Friday night and came back last night. Today has been all about couch time and football! And baking…we’ll get back to that.
I did my Cardio HIIT workout this weekend on the treadmill. I ran 3 miles first and finished with that…aka I am SO sore today. Will be using The Stick for some recovery today! If you foam roll on the reg, I highly suggest you check out The Stick. I personally think they work WAY better for myofascial release!
So, back to the baking…I made some gluten-free banana bread today and it is SO GOOD.
It also miiiiight be halfway gone already. Recipe coming this week 🙂

Alright, so now I’ve written this post twice and I’m over it. I’m ready to get back to giving my full attention to watching the Panthers win their game (yay!) and also most likely taking a lil cat nap on the couch!
