Here’s a great workout to “pin” or save somewhere as a good go-to cardio/HIIT workout! You will get a great workout in a short amount of time…and it can all be suited to whatever level you are on. You know what your “hard run” is and what your “sprint” is…just keep working at it and you’ll see yourself getting stronger and faster…which rules. Just do the best you can!
