The holiday weekend is upon us!! Happy Labor Day weekend, everyone 🙂 As with any holiday, I hope you let loose, relax, and enjoy yourself!! Just try to balance it all out with a couple of workouts. I always think that getting in a sweat session makes the relaxation time that much sweeter! Below are some workouts that I challenge you to do sometime between Friday-Monday in whatever order you choose. That’s just 2 workouts for the 4 days…try to do at least that!
WORKOUT #1: Go for a walk or run for at least 45 minutes! Push to an hour if you’re able!
WORKOUT #2:
It’ll be challenging but it will be worth it! Knock it out 🙂
