I think a couple weeks back I mentioned how sore I was from this barre/ballet-inspired workout I made up that left me sore for days. Well, because of how much I liked it, I decided to put it together in a workout video so you can try it out too, if you’d like! All you need is a light pair of dumbbells. And you don’t even need shoes. I love workouts I can do barefoot 🙂

PS- I did take ballet for many years from about ages 2-12 but I apologize to any of you legitimate ballerinas because I’m sure I have terrible form and turn out and all that stuff. I clearly chose a different route with soccer 🙂 Anyways, ballerina or not, this workout will work!
