My weekend kicked off first with a workout…Stairs and weights!
And then with happy hour on the front porch of The Summit Room with the BF. I got the blueberry smash cocktail and he got a chocolate old fashioned. MMM.
From there we decided we were in the mood for sushi but that we also wanted to sit on my back patio and relax.
It was a nice way to unwind from the week!
Saturday morning I ran 3 miles for my workout and on Sunday I took a 3 mile walk with the BF and did some stretching/foam rolling to recover from the week’s workouts.
I’m planning on starting Monday with an AM workout!
Coming soon will be the barre-inspired workout video (editing is very time consuming!) but I think you’ll really like it. I also have some throwback workouts I found on my computer that I still really like so expect those as well!
