It’s always fun and a good idea to try new workout routines and different exercise moves so you are mentally not getting bored with your workouts and physically you aren’t getting used to them! You want to constantly challenge your body and that is where you’ll see change.
I’ll try to always share moves here and hopefully you’ll find something new and inspiring!! {There’s always the workout program, it comes with an exercise index with so many moves!}
Today I wanted to share these moves that can be used together in a circuit-style workout, or you can do them independently by tacking them on to the end of your workout or before you go to bed or during your lunch break 🙂
The video gives a demonstration of these four exercises:
- High Knees
- RDLs (romanian deadlifts) to Upright Row –> into Narrow Squat with Front Shoulder Raise
- Standing Oblique Crunches
- Split Lunge Jumps with Overhead Shoulder Press
Use them on their own or give this workout a try:
6x through this circuit:
- 30 seconds High Knees
- 15 reps RDLs (romanian deadlifts) to Upright Row –> into Narrow Squat with Front Shoulder Raise
- 30 reps Standing Oblique Crunches
- 20 reps Split Lunge Jumps with Overhead Shoulder Press
Trust me you will be beat after that circuit! Just as an FYI I used 10lb dumbbells in each hand but do what you can with good form that still pushes you.
Share some of your favorite moves in the comments below! Have a great weekend!
PS- If you haven’t “liked” my Facebook page yet and you would like to, you can see it here 🙂 xo!
