Today I have a new workout video and it’s follow-along style! All you need is a mat and a kettlebell, but if you don’t have a kettlebell you can just use a dumbbell.
These moves will really target the inner & outer thighs and your core.
Follow the video and press replay 3-4 more times for a total workout! Do each move for 30 seconds or 15-20 reps of each 🙂
