I have plenty of moves that will work your booty in my workout program, and even a special bonus booty workout, but if you don’t have the program yet or just want to try something new, this circuit will be done in less than 30 minutes and you will be sore in all the right places 🙂
First off, it targets those large muscle groups so you’ll burn lots of calories. Circuit style workouts keep your heart rate up and help you burn fat, and all of these moves will shape the muscles of your legs and butt. Win-win-win.
