If you think you need to work out for hours on end to get a good workout, burn fat, and get in shape…you are wronggg. (Thank goodness…because we all have better things to do then spend all of our extra time exercising!) Everyone can find 30 minutes a day to workout. YOU JUST CAN. Just make time for yourself! You owe it to yourself and deserve it.
(And a 30 minute workout is even less than that!)
I completed workout 1 from the program on Monday and workout 2 for my Tuesday workout.
Workout 1 came in at 27 minutes. It was a cardio/full body circuit with toning/weights moves. I shared it here if you wanna give it a try!
Workout 2 was today. It was a cardio/plyometrics type circuit and it clocked in under 25 minutes long!
Love it!
Also, I’ve just got a new mountain bike so I’m planning on that being my workout tomorrow!! It’s good cardio, yes, but it is also a muscular workout too!! Legs obviously, core to stabilize and turn and arms to steer! It’s a great workout, you should try it sometime. I’m still getting better at riding but I do enjoy trying to get better. Some of the trails out at the US Whitewater Center are tough!!
Alright I’m pretty wiped out from today so I’m going to go catch up on The Bachelorette and some Bravo. Clearly resting my mind too not making it think too hard with those shows 😉
