Happy FRIDAY!!! Finally. So happy to see the weekend arrive!
I have a fun circuit workout video below, but before we get to that, I just wanted to give one last head’s up that I’m personally going to be starting my 12-week workout program on Monday with anyone that wants to join in. Some people have already started their program and that’s fine, and if you don’t want to just yet that is fine too! You can start it anytime you want but if you wanted to begin with a group and be doing the same workouts as me at the same time, then Monday is the time to start 🙂 You can email me for help at anytime along the way if you need it!
