I wanted to share one of the workouts from The Fit Fave Workout Program because I want everyone to get to try one of the workouts. This will be the only one I share to be fair to the people that have already purchased 🙂 I just think they are so fun and this one is under 30 minutes and it flies by. I loved this workout! I bought the plan and finished Day 2 workout and that was awesome as well. I love that the workouts are mixed up and some are "3 sets of this many reps" and some are "3 sets of each move for this many seconds." Can’t wait for Day 3! -Heidu
