I love to workout on vacation. It’s a part of my everyday regular routine so that trickles over to vacation, too. And I feel (even more) entitled to having that frozen daiquiri 😉 BUT…since I would rather spend more time laying on the beach and playing in the water, I want vacay workouts to be super quick and effective. That’s just what this workout is! Whether you are on vacation or not, a good, quick workout is always a good thing! All these moves were taken from The Fit Fave Workout Program and combined to be a circuit workout similar to those you would see in the program.
I paired this particular workout with a 2 mile run. If you want to skip the run, you could do the circuit a couple more times through instead.

I really am more motivated to workout while on vacation especially since we usually are somewhere warmer than home. My favorite is to take a jog around any of the Disney resorts where we are staying.

I always bring my running gear with me on vacation. Not only do you get to exercise but you get to explore your surroundings at the same time – win-win.
